Cia Mandarello is a Toronto based hairstylist, makeup artist and groomer with a career spanning almost two decades. Having a deep-rooted love for all facets of art, Mandarello graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Fine Art, English Literature and Philosophy. Wanting to apply her creative skill in the beauty industry, she went on to receive a diploma in makeup artistry at Sheridan College, and then became a licensed Hair Stylist.
Mandarello has acted as an Education Specialist for Tarte Cosmetics, and an Ambassador for OGX Hair Care. She has traveled across Canada leading product education and training seminars. Mandarello currently teaches at Sheridan College, and is currently the Makeup for Media and Creative Arts Program Coordinator.
Mandarello has worked around the world, including Couture week in Paris, Itay and the UK. Mandarello has worked with celebrities including Hailey Beiber, Rose Bryne, Michelle Rodriguez, Leslie Mann, Emma Corrin, Yvonne Strahovski, Karine Vanasse, Bobby Cannavale, Beatrice Granno and Morris Chestnut.
Mandarello's clients have included Hermes, Indochino, MAC Cosmetics, Sephora, Shoppers Drug Mart, Quo, Reebok, Wet ‘n’ Wild, Mary Kay, Marcelle, The Face Shop, Andrews, Canada Goose, Simons, Aritzia and many more.
In addition, her work has been featured in Refinery29, Nuvo, Elle Canada, Hollywood Reporter, Sharp Magazine, The Kit, FASHION, Mariage Quebec, and Metal Magazine.
