Matthew Chow was born and raised in Victoria, and moved to Toronto to attend Ryerson University in 2003. Upon graduating from the Fashion Design program with a Bachelor of Applied Arts, he took a position as an Assistant Designer at Le Chateau in Montreal. Chow moved back to Toronto in 2009, where he began working as a freelance fashion stylist. His clients include Hudson’s Bay, Holt Renfrew, Nordstrom, Sephora, Bite Beauty, Winners, Sears, Shoppers Drug Mart, Joe Fresh, Canada Goose, Cleo, MAC Cosmetics and Mendocino.
